## 1. Software License
By downloading, installing, or purchasing Thockly, you agree to these terms. Thockly is licensed, not sold. After a valid purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the software on Windows devices you control.

You may not:
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where permitted by applicable law.
- Share license keys publicly or resell licenses.
- Use the software for unlawful purposes.

## 2. Platform Compatibility
Thockly is built exclusively for **Windows 10 (1809+) and Windows 11**. macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android are not supported.

## 3. Free Trial & Pricing
- The desktop app includes a **7-day free trial** after installation.
- A one-time purchase of **$4.99** unlocks a lifetime license for the product.
- There are no recurring subscription fees.

## 4. Purchases & Merchant of Record
Payments and billing are processed by **Lemon Squeezy** as merchant of record under the [Lemon Squeezy Terms](https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms) and [Buyer Terms](https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms).

## 5. Refunds & Support
